Croydon Commmitment is a corporate-led social responsibility charity that promotes the work of local charities and voluntary groups and is supported by local businesses. Croydon Commitment fundraises on behalf of other charities and promotes community involvement amongst local companies and their staff.

Local companies subscribe to this charity so that they can make a greater impact within their local community and to strengthen links with charities and community groups.

Croydon Commitment bridges the gap between the needs of the local community and that of businesses in the area, identifying and facilitating activities for them to participate so that local charities benefit. Collaboration is the key to our success and by working together, all the companies involved can make a far greater impact in the borough.

Fundraising is a big part of our work and events include the annual Committed comedy night, a charity Croydon 100 Challenge, as well as the Dragons' Den, Team Events and involvement in the annual Croydon Charity Ball.

Croydon Commitment Grass Roots Trust is our new venture and this is an endowment fund managed by Croydon Commitment in partnership with Croydon Voluntary Action and Capital Community Foundation. The Croydon Commitment Grass Roots Trust has been created to build up a fund over the next 3 years which will make grants available to many of the 700-plus charities that exist in the borough.
